Two of nine Hardwick property transfers disclose sale price in August deed filings
Nine property transfers were recorded in Hardwick between Aug. 7 and Sept. 5, but only two deeds disclosed a sale price: $12,028 for 2209 Barre Rd. and $260,000 for 685 Turkey St., yielding a median of $136,014 across the disclosed pair. Turkey Street and Barre Road each had two recorded transfers. Several deeds involved mortgage-related entities such as Mortgage Electronic Registration Systems Inc. and AmeriSave Mortgage Corp., and one transfer moved a Turkey Street property into the Frost Family Trust. With seven of nine deeds lacking price data, the period's overall price trend cannot be determined from available records.
