Turkey Street sale leads month of mostly undisclosed Hardwick deeds
Seven property deeds were recorded in Hardwick between Aug. 14 and Sept. 12, but only two disclosed a sale price: $316,000 for 1042 Turkey St. on Sept. 11 and $12,028 for 2209 Barre Rd. on Aug. 17, a median of $164,014 across those two figures. Four of the remaining five transactions listed mortgage or lending entities on the seller side with no buyer of record. Turkey Street and Barre Road each saw two transactions. With five of seven deeds carrying no disclosed price, the available data is too limited to characterize overall market conditions this period.
