Ten Hardwick Deeds Recorded, Only Two Sale Prices Disclosed
Ten Hardwick property deeds were recorded between July 24 and Aug. 22, but only two disclosed a sale price: $184,000 for 987 Turkey St. and $417,302 for a Hardwick property recorded without a specific street address. The median of the two disclosed prices was $300,651. Turkey Street had two recorded transfers, the only street with more than one. Four of the 10 filings named a bank or credit union as buyer or seller. With 80% of transfers lacking a disclosed price, this month's data offers limited visibility into overall market pricing.
