Six Hardwick deeds recorded in July, but only one reveals a sale price
Six property deeds were recorded in Hardwick between July 3 and Aug. 1, but only one disclosed a sale price: $315,000 for a property sold July 16 by David Annunziata to Marie C. Blackmer. That figure also stands as the period's full price range and median, since no other transaction included pricing data. The remaining five deeds, on Taylor Street, Czeski Road, Hall Road, Hardwick Road and Barre Road, closed without disclosed prices, including two involving Country Bank for Savings as seller and one institution-to-institution transfer between Wells Fargo Bank NA and Freedom Mortgage Corp. With pricing data this limited, the month's transaction count is the clearest available signal of market activity.
