Francoeur. Because six of the seven transfers listed no consideration amount, no price range or median can be calculated for the market as a whole. Recorded addresses included North Road, Clapp Road, Sessions Road, Turkey Street, Upper Church Street and Barre Road. One transfer moved a Turkey Street property into the Frost Family Trust, a within-family transfer.
