Hardwick Records Seven Property Transfers in August, Only One Price Disclosed
Seven properties changed hands in Hardwick between July 31 and Aug. 29, according to Worcester County Registry of Deeds records, but only one deed disclosed a sale price: $68,960, recorded Aug. 10 for a transfer to Cornerstone Bank from sellers Shane R. and Rebecca L. Francoeur. Because six of the seven transfers listed no consideration amount, no price range or median can be calculated for the market as a whole. Recorded addresses included North Road, Clapp Road, Sessions Road, Turkey Street, Upper Church Street and Barre Road. One transfer moved a Turkey Street property into the Frost Family Trust, a within-family transfer.
