Hardwick recorded seven property transfers between Sept. 11 and Oct. 10, but only three carried a sale price by this report's deadline: $130,000, $190,000 and $220,000, for a median of $190,000 among priced sales. The period's top recorded sale was 817 Turkey St. at $220,000, sold by James L. and Karen R. Stafford to Monson Savings Bank. All three priced sales listed a bank as buyer. Turkey Street saw two separate transfers. Prices on the remaining four sales, including one each on Barre Road, Birch Street and River Run, had not yet reached the registry. With most sales still unpriced, the data does not yet support a read on overall market tone.
