Eight Hardwick properties change hands; sale prices disclosed in just two deeds
Eight Hardwick properties sold between July 17 and Aug. 15, but only two deeds disclosed a sale price: $184,000 for 987 Turkey St. and $175,000 for 248 Main St., a median of $179,500 on the disclosed sales. The top transaction, 987 Turkey St., sold July 31 from Marilyn Frost to Country Bank For Savings. Turkey Street, Main Street and Old Greenwich Plains each recorded two sales. With price data missing from six of eight deeds, the available figures offer only a partial view of market activity for the period.
